This update adds a new widget to the iPhone to launch a new breathing exercise, Deep Breath. Deep Breath is perfect for when you need to take a quick moment to just relax and breathe. This update also adds support for a few complications on the Watch. Next, I added support for iOS 16.3 or later. The last update, 2023.1, I had accidentally removed support for iOS 16.
